Purchase price & Buyers Commission:
The purchase price consists of the highest bid plus the premium, the sales tax and, if applicable, the resale rights tax. The premium is 28% for differential taxation. Sales tax of 20% is included in the differential taxation. In the case of normal taxation (in the printed catalog and on the internet marked with ° at the estimate), a premium of 24% is added to the highest bid. Statutory sales tax of 13% is added to the sum of the highest bid and the premium.
Resale Rights (Droit de Suite):
Objects marked with an asterisk ( * ) are subject to resale rights. Resale rights will be charged as a surcharge on the highest bid. This fee only applies if the highest bid is over € 2,499.99 and is staggered: 4% will be charged for the first € 50,000. Thereafter, each further € 150,000 3% or 1% and from € 500,000 0.25%. The maximum resale right fee is € 12,500.

You can pay on site in cash or with an debit card and credit card. For amounts of €10,000 or more, identification is legally required. When paying by credit card (only Mastercard and VISA) we need to charge an additional 2%. In exceptional cases, you can also pay by Paypal, in which case an additional fee of 4% applies.
